Tossini has created a range of pre-portioned focaccia for retail linear set-ups.
The focaccia genovese and focaccia with cheese are available both in a flowpack packaged in a modified atmosphere that can be stored in the refrigerator between 0 and +4 °C, as well as frozen in pouches preserved in the freezer at -18 °C.
The single-portion format packaged individually is a very useful and popular product with consumers because it is practical, convenient and available at any time on any occasion.
The crunchy and light version of the genoese focaccia: with oil or onions, also with rosemary and whole wheat, ideal as a bread substitute or to accompany soups and salads, but also when you need a tasty break during your day.

It’s available in different flavors: extra virgin olive oil, onions, cherry tomatoes, olives, olives and cherry tomatoes, stracchino cheese.

Focaccia with cheese Tossini Recco, the typical Recco specialty, is also available in a 160 gr single-portion flowpack package that can be stored in the refrigerator between 0 and +4°C for 21 days.
